How we care for the information you share with us.

Magnolia N Oak LLC ("Magnolia & Oak," "we," "us") runs curated wine country tours from Oakland, California. This policy explains what we collect when you RSVP or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Tour details you choose to share: allergies, song requests, whether you've visited Napa before, and what you'd like to try.
- Your text message choice: whether you agreed to receive texts, and when.
- Payment confirmation: we receive confirmation that you paid. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
How we use it
- To confirm your seat and send your welcome video, payment instructions, and tour details.
- To plan the day: meals, allergies, and the playlist.
- To send text messages about your reservation, only if you opted in.
- To answer your questions and resolve any issues with your booking.
Text messages
If you check the text message box on our RSVP form, we'll send texts about your reservation, such as your confirmation, payment updates, and a day-before reminder. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Texting is optional and is never required to RSVP.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, including cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), email and text message delivery, and payment processing. They may only use your information to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Partner wineries may receive your name and, where relevant, allergy information so they can prepare for our group.
How long we keep it
We keep RSVP and booking information for as long as we need it to run the tour and keep basic business records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@magnoliandoak.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Age
Our tours include wine tasting and are for guests 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
