Terms & Conditions

A few understandings before we hit the road.

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms apply to tours booked with Magnolia N Oak LLC ("Magnolia & Oak," "we," "us") and to our text message program. By RSVPing or booking, you agree to them.

Text message program

• Program: Magnolia & Oak reservation updates.
• What you'll receive: texts about your own reservation only, such as your RSVP confirmation with a link to your welcome video and payment details, payment confirmations, and a reminder before your tour. No marketing messages.
• How to join: check the optional text message box on our RSVP form. Texting is not required to RSVP.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, typically 2 to 4 messages per tour.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP, or email info@magnoliandoak.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Guests

• All guests must be 21 or older and bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Wineries may refuse service without one.
• Please drink responsibly. Wineries and our team may decline to serve anyone who appears intoxicated.
• Let us know about allergies on your RSVP so we can plan meals with our partners.

Pickup and schedule

• We depart promptly at the posted pickup time. Late arrivals may miss the departure, and we can't hold winery reservations for latecomers.
• Schedules can shift with traffic, weather, or winery timing. If a stop changes, we'll substitute a comparable experience where possible and let you know.

Payment

Your seat is confirmed once payment is received. Payment instructions, pricing, and cancellation terms are provided with your booking confirmation.

Conduct and safety

We want every guest to feel welcome. We may remove a guest from the tour, without refund, for behavior that endangers or seriously disrupts others.

Photos

We may take photos during the tour to share with guests and on our social media. If you'd prefer not to appear, just tell us on the day or email us.

Liability

Magnolia & Oak arranges transportation and visits to independently operated wineries and restaurants and is not responsible for their services, food, or premises. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
